It is first of all linguistic thanks to tailor-made French courses and guided conversations during meals. It is also an immersion in the local cultural universe: nature sports - hiking, canyoning, canoeing, rafting, via ferrata, paragliding - the perched villages and the surrounding rural world - organic market gardening, honey, cheese, livestock, hemp, artisanal soaps, sourdough bread.
