Program offered in June. Levels A2–B2. This program aims to introduce mountain sports activities while improving French language skills. It is open to everyone, with no required level of French or prior sports experience. Activities include mountain biking, via ferrata, orienteering, hiking, climbing and canyoning. The program combines the expertise of the CUEF – University Center for French Studies at Université Grenoble Alpes for FLE, and the University Sports Service for the sports component, whose instructors are specialists in sports pedagogy and passionate about mountain activities.

Initiation into French gastronomy to the University center of French Studies of Grenoble. 2 weeks program : 10 hours of French language courses per week and 4 sessions of 4 hours of cooking course followed by a meal at the international Catering school of Grenoble. Discovery of the Alps and accommodation in host family.
