French Teacher FLE/ Activity Counsellor

Village Camps S.A. is looking to hire French FLE teachers/ Activity Counsellors to join our Summer Camp programme for international students aged 7-17 years at our resort in Leysin, Switzerland from 22nd June- 27th July or 10th August 2025.

The French FLE teachers/ Activity Counsellors will teach 3-hours of French language instruction to international students aged 10- 17 years every weekday morning.

During the afternoons/ evenings, the French FLE/ Activity Counselors will assist the campers whilst they take part in varied sports, adventure and creative activities.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of French language teaching experience, be sporty and willing to take part in all aspects of residential summer camp life.

Due to work visa restrictions, we can only consider EU passport holders. Applications from non-EU passport holders will not be take into consideration.

Village Camps S.A. has been organising residential summer camp programmes for children and teenagers since 1972. We have programmes in Switzerland, Austria and Portugal.

– Diplôme FLE or at least 1 year French teaching experience is required. Applicants must also be sporty and willing to take part in afternoon/ evening sports and adventure activities.
– Prior experience working at a summer camp is an advantage.
– Fluency in English is required.
– Applicants must be EU passport holders.
