MOOCs cuisine française

Cooking, learning pastry making, discovering oenology... by staying at home, it’s possible thanks to the Moocs of the AFPA : during 3 months, you will learn the technical gestures and test multiple recipes. Three thematic Moocs are proposed to the choice of the participants: Basic techniques of French cuisine - Pastry - Initiation to oenology and food & wine pairing. Target audience: professionals and individuals wishing to learn.
