Are you just starting to study French or are you already at ease in the language? You’re studying the grammar, you know the vocabulary, but you’re finding it hard to express yourself orally, to understand when French speakers talk to you? Fonetix can help you improve your pronunciation and listening comprehension of French. An initial "discovery" course, free of charge, will help you to familiarise yourself with the rhythm and melody of French, as well as the main vowels. La Cité des mots propose et permet au plus grand nombre de pouvoir s’exprimer en français à travers l’écriture. L’application permet d’écrire un livre en totale autonomie seul ou en collectif. Lilote est un jeu éducatif conçu pour stimuler l’envie de lire en français des enfants d’expatriés qui grandissent dans d’autres cultures, en entendant et apprenant d’autres langues. Ce jeu propose aux enfants de répondre à des quiz sur les livres qu’ils ont lus. Plus de 10 000 quiz de lecture sont déjà intégrés dans la base de données en ligne. Lilote prépare des sélections à partir d’ouvrages de référence et de coups de cœur, inspirée des listes fournies par l’Éducation nationale, par les éditeurs, les associations de libraires, les médiathèques. Lilote peut être utilisé aussi bien en classe (enseignement primaire) qu’à la maison.

Ensemble en France
A free training course proposed by the association France Terre d’asile and composed of 50 videos of 1 to 2 minutes with subtitles in French, English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian, Tamil, Farsi and Pashto, to understand the Republic and its values. And also a series of exercises to be practiced at one’s own pace to perfect one’s French, pictures, paintings, photos, art and history, drawings, quizzes... This MOOC on free access, proposed by the University Grenoble Alpes, aims to prepare you to study in France and to integrate the French university system. It is composed of 6 independent modules: short videos and various activities. A certificate of successful completion is delivered at the end of the course. Estimated effort: 4 hours per week. Courses begin on May 30 2022. Duration: 6 weeks. Enrollment deadline: June 14 2022.

Living in France and finding a job
This MOOC, produced in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior, is aimed at anyone wishing to live in France or to settle there and to learn more about the organisation and functioning of the country. The course is composed of 7 steps in sequences of a few minutes each, for a total duration of 3 hours. Contents: how to open a bank account? how to register your child at school? The different public services and their usefulness. Practical information for everyday life: how to get around, what steps to take to find a job, etc. It is available in several languages.
