Training organized from October 12 to 24, 2020 by Le Cordon Bleu Paris. On the program: history, geography, economics, religion. So many factors that have influenced today’s cuisine. Since 2004, the Hautes Etudes du Goût has been offering participants from around the world (45 nationalities welcomed to date) a unique experience to discover and understand this rich culture.
